Key Responsibilities:

  1. 360 Recruitment Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent.
  2. Business Development: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, pitch recruitment services, and negotiate terms to secure new business.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for both.
  4. Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth within your specialized market.
  5. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and revenue targets.
  6. Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust network of high-quality candidates to quickly respond to client needs.
