1. Integrating Unity into production and adapting the production pipeline to suit the new engine
2. Planning delivery deadlines for product orders, monitoring the timing and efficiency of production, managing deviations, resource management
3. Building and managing teams with the help of experienced team leads: evaluating results and helping team members grow, hiring necessary specialists
4. Constant analysis of processes with the goal of accelerating production and eliminating unnecessary steps

• Experience managing a cross-functional team through a layer of leads/managers
• Planning skills for standard production
• Experience in building and developing production efficiency monitoring systems
• Experience with the game engines Unity/Unreal/other
