About the Role

Email marketing is at the core of everything we do. Our email team collaborates with other departments to build our global communities and engage with attendees.

We're seeking a creative and hands-on marketing professional who understands the power of email marketing and can develop engaging ideas that captivate audiences and drive business goals.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Achieve
  • You'll create email concepts with compelling storytelling and copy tailored for different audiences.
  • You'll leverage AI tools to write, edit, and refine high-quality content across formats.
  • You'll own the end-to-end strategy and implementation of email marketing campaigns.
  • You'll propose and roll out customer acquisition plans across different journey flows (nurture, referral, re-engagement, abandonment).
  • You'll support the building and implementation of email automation workflows.
  • You'll propose and run A/B testing of our email campaigns across various aspects (concepts, subject lines, CTAs, body copy, titles, images) and use the results to inform our email marketing strategies.
  • You'll analyze data and report on key performance metrics for email, helping you identify what's working and what's not working and make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have 2+ years' commercial experience with some/all of the following: Email marketing, content marketing, creative-focused projects, marketing automation at scale.
  • You should possess exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • You should be able to write engaging content.
  • You should have exceptional written and spoken English.
  • You should have some technical and analytical experience across email building and setup on email platforms.
  • You should be experienced in delivering to strict deadlines.
  • You should be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest ideas in technology and marketing.
  • You should be proactive in proposing improvements that help us grow.
  • You should enjoy working cross-functionally with different departments and team members.
