Job at a Glance

We are looking to hire a Sales Account Manager. You will build and develop business through sales activity with B2B clients to achieve monthly targets. You will source and build a database of sales leads and manage high-volume outbound activity.

Your Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and building a database of sales leads.
  • Build a strong B2B pipeline with high-volume daily outbound calls (target around 60 dials/day).
  • Account manage all clients secured, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Adopt a consultative selling approach—hold meetings and presentations to promote products to HR professionals/potential clients.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in outbound B2B sales.
  • Experience with the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calling to negotiating and closing.
  • Generating new business leads and building sales pipelines.
  • 2-4 years of outbound sales, business development, account management, or agency-recruitment experience.
  • Ambitious and resilient with a proven track record in relevant roles.
