Overview

Business Analyst - Sales Operations role at ResMed. This position is based in Ireland and offered remotely. Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed develops innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services to support patients, providers, and people worldwide. The GTS strategy focuses on aligning goals, promoting collaboration, and building flexible platforms with global standards for efficiency and consistency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Global Revenue & Customer Support Solutions team. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of user stories — from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to supporting production deployment — and work cross-functionally with users, solution architects, and development teams to drive solutions that support business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate and engage with business users and peers to gather requirements.
  • Work closely with sales and sales operations teams to implement system solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and gather complex business processes and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to drive functional, technical and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and platform architect teams to design solutions based on signed-off business requirements.
  • Provide a walk-through of developed features and functionality to business users.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with identified users and obtain sign-off for implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Inform stakeholders across the business on progress of tasks.
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests and document changes to requirements, business processes, configuration, and data mapping.
  • Follow change management processes defined within ResMed.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ensure prompt resolution of reported issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience on Sales or Sales Operations projects such as Pipeline Management, Forecasting
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with teams across multiple time zones
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM system – preferably Service Cloud

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of Oracle ERP experience
