We're on the lookout for passionate, motivated Crèche Managers and Assistant Managers to join our amazing teams across the Fingal area of North Dublin.

Whether you're a seasoned Manager or a Senior Educator ready for the next step, there's a place for you here.

What's the job all about?

As a Crèche Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll be helping to create a safe, happy and inspiring environment for children and staff alike. You'll support your team, lead with heart, and ensure every day runs smoothly and joyfully.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You

  • Have a minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7/8 is a bonus)
  • Bring energy, leadership and a love for early years education
  • Know your way around Tusla regulations and Aistear/Siolta curriculum
  • Are a people person? great with children, parents and your team?
  • Have experience leading or supporting a team in a crèche or preschool setting
