We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking to hire an Experienced Administrator to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support our award winning Campus Recruitment team.

Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in the office).

Grade: Assistant

As a key member of the Campus Recruitment team, you'll play a central role in delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience across our graduate recruitment and student programmes. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Lead the end to end coordination of graduate recruitment and student programme processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Manage high volumes of candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications with precision and efficiency.
  • Draft and issue contracts, manage offer processes, and track acceptances for large cohorts of students and graduates.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and candidates, ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout.
  • Coordinate briefing sessions and student events, supporting the delivery of engaging and informative experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and insightful reporting data, supporting decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Own the management of the Campus Recruitment inbox and ensure timely responses to queries.
  • Create and manage reports from our system making sure the data is accurate.
  • Follow up on interviewer feedback, maintain organised records, and support compliance with documentation standards.
  • Provide flexible support across all aspects of college recruitment

Key Qualifications:

  • Approximately 4 years'+ administrative experience prior to joining us.
  • Excellent people skills - we love talking to students about our various graduate and student programmes.
  • Everyone is a team player. We support each other and will provide full training to our newest recruit to ensure that they feel part of our team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evidence of flexibility within current/previous roles.
  • Evidence of working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
