Location: Markree Castle, Co. Sligo

Position: Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant

Pay Rate: €13.50-€14.00 per hour

Shift Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm (midweek only)

Transport: Own transport required (no public transport during shift hours)

Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Markree Castle, one of Ireland's most unique and enchanting castles, is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure our guest rooms and public areas are always presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Support the laundry team with the care and presentation of linens, uniforms, and fabrics.
  • Work closely with the wider housekeeping team to deliver a warm and welcoming environment for all our guests.
  • Uphold the castle's reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry is an advantage, but not essential - training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
