Job Role Overview:

As a Salesperson at Shanette Superior in our Dublin Show Area D12 PY54 you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our premium steel sheds and storage solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, helping them choose the best steel sheds and storage products that meet their needs. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Must have sales experience & can use a CRM system.

Full time role: Working Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.Closed weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and engage with visitors in the show area, offering a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
  • Provide detailed product information, including dimensions, material specifications, features, and customization options.

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Handle all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
  • Assist customers with any queries related to product features, pricing, and installation.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire product range including steel sheds, storage units, and any new products.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or in showroom environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office & Excel, CRM software).
  • Knowledge or interest in steel sheds, storage solutions, or related products is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
