Responsibilities

The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store. By leading your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximize all sales opportunities and ensure the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience.

Duties include:
  • Management: Motivating staff, delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegating, making connections, demonstrating products, carrying out beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
  • Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training provided)
  • Teamwork: Conducting daily meetings, effective communication, recognizing positive work to motivate the team.
  • Promotion & Events: Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
  • Stock: Keeping the counter stocked and reporting concerns.
  • Communication: Maintaining open communication with store/department and area managers.
  • Administration: Completing administrative tasks and assisting with managerial admin as needed.
  • Staff Rota: Creating fair monthly staff schedules.
  • Hygiene & Housekeeping: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Qualifications
