We are currently recruiting a Daycare at Home Coordinator for the Ennis Daycare at Home Services, Cuan an Chlir, Cahercalla, Ennis, Co. Clare. V95 P9V9, covering North Tipperary, Limerick, Clare, and surrounding areas.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate the daycare at home service across the specified regions, assess client and carer needs, assign staff accordingly, and review these arrangements regularly.

You will develop care plans tailored to client needs and support a team of staff. Management experience is essential.

Applicants should have experience working with people living with dementia, older adults, or individuals with intellectual disabilities. A third-level qualification is desirable but not essential.

Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A full driving license is essential, as regular travel is involved.

The salary will be commensurate with the care sector and based on relevant experience.
