We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with a guest-centric mindset to join our team as Guest Experience Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Management of the Guest Experience Executives, Butlers, Coordinator and Assistant Manager, ensuring all their outlined daily tasks are completed to the highlight of standards.
  • Build relationships with guests through active lobby presence, pre- and post-stay communications and supporting the wider Front of House operations.
  • Answering communications relating to incoming VIG guests via phone & email. Management of the dedicated Guest Experience Coordinator, ensuring all VIG requests are promptly actioned.
  • Deputise in all aspects for the Director of Guest Experience, ensuring the highest level of personalised service is delivered in their absence, maintaining the Resort's core values, Grá, Pioneering and Natural engagement.
  • Be the key liaison with our most high-profile guests. Delivering bespoke and intuitive services to meet all of their needs.
  • Planning & execution of special events on the Resort such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July Celebrations, etc.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire the Guest Experience Executives, Butlers and Coordinators and Assistant Managers, enabling them to deliver BEYOND EVERYTHING experiences to our guests.
  • Oversight and leadership of the Guest Relations Department, ensuring any questions and queries are promptly addressed.
  • Our Guest Experience Manager must have a genuine warmth and the ability to build lasting relationships with our guest's ensuring they have a seamless experience. They are entrusted with planning and coordinating all of the guests' stay by collaborating with all departments across the entire Resort whilst ensuring effective communication. They will have the ability to inspire their team & other colleagues across the Resort to enhance the service we deliver.

Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is essential. Full clean European Driver's Licence preferred.

You will report to the Director of Guest Experience and form part of the wider Rooms Division Leadership Team in their absence. This role will be primarily 5 days over 7 with a variation of shift work. The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and any individual may be required to execute any additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
