HR Administrator - 3 month temporary role
Location: Leopardstown, Dublin 18
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the HR Business Partner, by updating policies and procedures, support with onboarding and offboarding and other HR projects as required.
This role will report to the HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR BP and assisting with various HR Projects.
- Maintain and update the HR information system (WorkDay), ensuring all employee records are accurate, current, and compliant with company standards.
- Updating of policies in line with legislation
- Support with the recruitment process; inputting requests into Workday for approval, advertising and reviewing CVs, interview scheduling.
- Support new hire onboarding process by coordinating background checks & necessary pre-employment documentation
- Support and input around soft HR initiatives
- Follow up/Close out on requests from Compliance Team to fulfil audit requirements
- Carrying out all other duties relevant to the role as may be required
- Knowledge of Workday a must
Excellent knowledge of current IE legislation
Experience in recruitment
