The AI Automation Engineer at Staycity Aparthotels will be responsible for developing and implementing robust automation processes utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies. Reporting directly to the AI Automation Team Lead, this role will drive efficiency and innovation by integrating machine learning models, third-party APIs, and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT. The ideal candidate will be adept at deploying reliable and scalable automation solutions, significantly contributing to the technological advancement and operational excellence of Staycity Aparthotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven automation processes using Python and C#.
  • Integrate and manage machine learning models from frameworks such as TensorFlow or comparable platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver comprehensive automation solutions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and systems effectively, including APIs from LLM providers like ChatGPT.
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, functional, and performance tests, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve automation processes by analysing performance metrics and applying continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience developing automation solutions using Python and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or similar machine learning frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability integrating third-party APIs and experience specifically with LLM APIs like ChatGPT.
  • Strong expertise in various testing methodologies including unit, functional, deterministic, and probabilistic system testing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Understanding & Experience with Robotic Process Automation systems.
  • Experience deploying and managing automation workflows and pipelines in cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
