As a Senior Leader in AI and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration and advancement of cutting-edge technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team consisting of software automation engineers, AI project managers, AI data scientists, and AI engineers.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement AI tools and platforms, guiding strategic technology choices.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI-driven opportunities within various departments based on clear return on investment metrics.
  • Conduct thorough assessments for AI software and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Design, code, review, and oversee the implementation of automation solutions.
  • Design and conduct AI literacy training programs across the organization.
  • Foster systematic thinking about AI applications and implications in business processes.
Direct Reports

In this role, you will lead a team comprised initially of: AI Project Manager, AI Data Scientist, Mid-Level AI Engineer, Software Automation Engineers. You will report directly to the Chief Information Officer.

Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in software development, automation, and AI technologies.
  • Solid experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mandatory AI literacy, with deep familiarity in AI trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI platforms and how they can be leveraged and embedded into automated systems.
