Overview

Business Analyst (Utilities) – Dublin (Hybrid) – 6 months – Day rate #removed#. Must hold Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G Spousal or EU/UK passport.

Responsibilities
  • Development of methodology to calculate data confidence grading in line with parameters identified by the Institute of Asset Management to enable informed asset management decision making.
  • Identify and prioritise data quality improvement initiatives and develop strategy for implementation, utilising the appropriate business roles as identified during process mapping.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of current data quality initiatives and provide recommendations to improve.
  • Proven experience working in a comparable complex organisation or a regulated environment, preferably in the Water Services industry.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrable experience in asset management organisations
  • Learn quickly, to think independently, to be adaptable and to deliver results.
  • Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Exercise independent judgement in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Impact and influence at a senior level
  • Well established and proven stakeholder management skills
  • The commitment and drive to be accountable for, and to deliver against, challenging goals.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and confident self-starter
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices including ISO standards/DAMA/DMBOK
