Customer Service Administrator – 10 month contract. Zurich Life Assurance plc is looking for a Customer Services Administrator to focus on understanding and responding to what matters to customers. This role involves handling queries and requests relating to products across Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments & Protection Plans. This is a Dublin-based, office-based role for the first four to six months, with potential for hybrid work over time and possible part-time or full-time arrangements discussed at interview.
Responsibilities- Ensuring that our customers come first.
- Dealing with clients/members and brokers/employers and other stakeholders over the phone.
- Processing client/member requests through the new business life cycle of policies, ensuring requests are processed in accordance with product rules and company procedures.
- Handling complaints.
- Interacting with other areas of the business (e.g., Sales, Propositions, Compliance) to improve how we work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly on the phone.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Well organized, results-driven, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Third Level Qualification in a relevant area (plus potential for further qualification).
- Willingness to undertake a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
Primary work location is Blackrock. Position is Dublin-based. The work is office-based for at least the first four to six months.
