Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of highly experienced individuals who possess the skills and abilities to provide clients and candidates with outstanding service, consultancy and solutions tailored to their complex needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You'll provide 360 recruitment support and guidance to client groups, developing strong working relationships with Partners, Directors, and Managers
Owning the recruitment journey from job specification, job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, placement control and onboarding
New Business Development, market mapping, reaching out to potential new clients
Provide information/data on matters regarding talent acquisition including recruitment process, candidate markets, role profiles, talent supply and competitive intelligence
Responsible for checking in on new and present recruitment consultants while coaching and guiding junior colleagues, answering queries, and providing solutions to enable their success
Active client and candidate management and control
Develop a deep understanding of our clients, their positions, business requirements and team dynamics.
Attending daily team meetings, maintaining effective communication throughout the team while using your own initiative, knowledge, and creative problem-solving skills to offer support and guidance to your colleagues
Demonstrable success at ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in carrying out work responsibilities
Following our Standard Operating Procedures and policies, while raising new ideas and suggestions to improve our approach and service delivery

What you'll bring to the role:

A track record of success and passion in all aspects of recruitment with a deep understanding of the full 360 recruitment as well as:

Experience with MS (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience of using CRM systems
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of the IT sector
Experience using/storing data sensibly in line with data protection laws
Can quickly adapt to new ways of working with an openness to learning, upskilling, and training others in the use of different technologies
Well established relationship management skills with clients and candidates
A confident communicator who can engage in a discussion, listen, and ascertain relevant information from clients and candidates
The ability to influence and negotiate with clients and candidates
Ability to conduct in a professional manner even when under pressure. Maintaining a positive "Can-Do" attitude throughout highs and lows
Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask where needed
High level of organisation and effective time management skills
You bring strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess situations strategically and develop a collaborative approach.
