Senior Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic marketing professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing firm? We're partnering with a forward-thinking professional services business experiencing rapid expansion to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role within the business, ideal for a commercially minded generalist with proven success managing teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful campaigns.

This is an initial 12-month contract role, with a strong possibility of permanency

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and professional development.
  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Take ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities.
  • Oversee a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines.
  • Analyse campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to shape data-led decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, reporting on ROI and ensuring effective spend.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels.
  • Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Commercially astute, with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
  • A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
