Senior Marketing Manager Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape the marketing function from scratch, with full autonomy and ownership. You will work closely with the founding designer and founder to take the business to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across product marketing, content, demand gen, and comms, with a strong grasp of ICP development and testing. They will be able to turn strategy into actual execution quickly, with a scrappy and autonomous mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and test ICP assumptions, building and validating personas
  • Run lead gen experiments across content, webinars, case studies, and more
  • Own the website, landing pages, and social presence
  • Shape and scale the content and messaging strategy
  • Work hand-in-hand with the founding designer on brand rollout
  • Build sales and marketing collateral from scratch
  • Feed learnings back into product and go-to-market

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns and experiments
  • Strong understanding of ICP development and testing
  • Hands-on experience with product marketing, content, demand gen, and comms
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions quickly
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
