The Provider Product team is looking for an experienced product manager to join a team that's completely transforming how healthcare providers exchange information. You're someone who gets excited by challenges, loves trying new things, and continuously learns about and improves product discovery and delivery.

Role

As Product Manager for Reporting & Analytics in our Release of Information (ROI) product zone, you'll contribute to the roadmap and strategy for Datavant's internal and customer-facing reporting experiences. You'll partner closely with design, engineering, operations, and product teams to understand user needs, develop a reporting and analytics roadmap, and ship new experiences that unlock value and insights for Datavanters and our customers.

Your First 30 Days Will Include

• Learning all about the core business of information exchange / release of information in healthcare
• Diving deep with sales, customers, and our operations teams on key reporting and analytics challenges and problems to solve
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define this pod's charter and roadmap
• Shipping several quick-win reporting improvements that'll positively impact tens of millions of patients' lives

What You Need To Succeed

• 5 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies. Experience with reporting and analytics products is preferred.
• Able to structure user needs, develop clear problem statements and hypotheses, and prioritize work using business understanding and data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; consistently keep teams updated on product strategy and progress
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to build and launch new analytics products
• Interest in the US healthcare provider / payer / services industry
• Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry, with a demonstrated interest in reading and grappling with regulations
• Kindness, smarts, and the ability to Get Things Done
