Customer Support Administrator – Order Management ( German)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management
  • Accurately and promptly process customer orders upon receipt
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements
  • Provide basic product information to customers
  • Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices
  • Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues

Customer Experience and Loyalty

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships
  • Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns
  • Support a positive and cooperative team environment

Candidate Profile:

Essential Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
  • Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate toward business goals
  • Empathetic and customer-focused with strong ownership of tasks
  • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage, though full training will be provided

Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin 22 (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Regular Office Hours (37.5 hours/week)

Contract: 6 month or 12 months with the chance of extension
