German-speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous way
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and resolving issues or complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with sales and shipping departments to resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English
