Job Title: Technical Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service or contact center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
