Job Title: Technical Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing training and support, and analyzing account and billing concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical training and support to customers
- Analyze account and billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and German
- 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service or contact center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
