We are seeking a talented individual to join our Support team as a Technical Support Agent. This role involves providing assistance for incoming phone calls from field representatives, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.

A fundamental aspect of our approach is recruiting the right people – individuals with the right skills and attitude. We seek someone who can demonstrate their ability to deliver customer-focused solutions, stay goal-oriented, continuously improve, and be reliable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from field reps, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Update business systems with relevant information regarding tests conducted by field reps.
  • Process daily excel reports and perform various tasks accordingly.
  • Manage and upload field reps' paperwork efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as required.

We provide comprehensive training to help you acquire the necessary skills to excel in this role. Our training program focuses on hands-on experience rather than theoretical knowledge. You will be mentored by an experienced expert who will guide and support you throughout your development.
