Job Title: Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Analyze complex problems and isolate issues with little instruction from team leads or management.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in a CRM system.
  • Act as a mentor and point of contact for less senior members of the team.

  • Proven ability to work on multiple complex issues and prioritize work accordingly to business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with high-profile customers.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and debugging tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least two years of experience in a technical customer support environment or field experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
