Are you looking for a challenging role in technical service management? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced expert to join our team as a Technical Service Management Expert.

As a Technical Service Management Expert, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the high availability of customer services by supporting service restoration in critical situations and working proactively on the stability of the landscape. You will collaborate closely with customers to plan and operate their technical landscapes, aligning upcoming changes with release management and executing them accordingly.

Additionally, you will analyze and deep dive into issues, creating root cause analyses as the foundation for continuous improvement. You will also support the productization of services, including initial setup, documentation, and standardization. Your strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role.

Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information management, mathematics, or a comparable field. They should have background knowledge in SAP technology and products, especially in SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations, and cross-dependencies like integration. The candidate should also possess excellent knowledge of the whole technology stack, including application, database, and server management.
