Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and confident Field Sales Coach to support and guide our door-to-door sales team. The role requires a solid background in telecoms, strong sales capabilities, and a hands-on approach to coaching. You'll be responsible for helping the team improve, while also actively contributing to sales in the field.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the team in achieving sales targets through training and mentoring
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and practical coaching in the field
  • Help staff improve their product knowledge, customer approach, and sales confidence
  • Lead by example—sell broadband, TV, and SIM products alongside the team
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify development areas and tailor coaching accordingly
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment with wider sales strategy
Your profile

Requirements

  • Strong experience in telecommunications sales, especially door-to-door
  • Proven ability to coach and support field-based sales teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
