The Role

We are seeking a service-driven individual to join our five-star team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or continue your career with one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming team, you will help create Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues. Your main duties will include:

  1. Greeting, welcoming, and assisting VIP guests
  2. Responding to guest feedback and taking appropriate action
  3. Assisting operations departments
  4. Assuming Manager on Duty responsibilities
  5. Working with Heads of Department to promote LQA standards on the property
  6. Promoting guest enrollment in the Leaders Club loyalty program
