We are looking to hire for a brand-new Irish team and this isn't just any sales role. This is your chance to help launch Pax8 in Ireland, shape how we grow, build relationships, and leave your mark on a brand-new market.

Day-to-Day as a CAM
  • Prospect & Engage – Drive outreach through cold calls, events, and market research to spark interest in Pax8
  • Onboard New Partners – Guide new sign-ups through their first steps in the marketplace and initial transactions
  • Nurture Relationships – Build trust and long-term value with both new and existing partners, with a focus on activating dormant ones
  • Grow the Market – Increase brand awareness, strengthen the pipeline, and fuel regional growth with quality engagement (not just volume)
  • Balance & Prioritise – Support active partners while activating those not yet fully engaged
  • Collaborate & Learn – Regular check-ins with your manager, with flexibility for hybrid working and occasional in-person meetings or events
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Energy, resilience, and a competitive edge—you thrive in fast-paced environments
  • A consultative style with the ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
  • Tech-curiosity with growing knowledge of categories like Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, and Security

Compensation and Benefits
  • Basic Salary €50,000 per annum 60/40 split
  • Base €30,000 PA with OTE €20,000 Uncapped
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Working Pattern
  • Hybrid & Home Office Working
  • 9:00–17:30 standard hours
