An Essential Role at the Heart of Production Operations
The Role
Sofina Foods is looking for a highly organised and motivated Production Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting smooth daily operations by providing accurate and timely administrative support to production and wider business functions.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment, can balance multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that helps keep our operations running efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain staff rotas to ensure accurate scheduling of production shifts
- Prepare production-related documents, reports, and correspondence as required
- Perform reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing general enquiries
- Provide support to other departments when required
- Assist with monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed
- Develop and update spreadsheets to track production, training, and administrative data
- Undertake other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of production and company operations
- Handle confidential information in line with company policies
This is a role for someone with strong organisational ability and a professional, approachable manner.
You'll Be
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
