We're hiring for a Technical Support Engineer to join a global cybersecurity team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone eager to grow in the field of cybersecurity and technical support.

This role is open to experience levels (intern up to mid/senior, salary and deliverables will be reflected DOE) , we're looking for individuals who are hungry to learn, eager to grow, and excited to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, helping troubleshoot and resolve real-world challenges
  • Analyse scan results, system audits, and log events to identify and resolve issues
  • Recreate customer issues in lab environments to support resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to channel customer feedback into product improvements
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of cybersecurity tools and best practices
  • Create and share technical solutions and documentation for internal and external use

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or interest in Linux, networking concepts, and cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Familiarity with tools like Nessus, Wireshark, or SIEM platforms is a plus

Work Setup

  • Hybrid role with 3 days/week in the Dublin office
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Reporting directly to the team manager with regular 1:1s and mentorship support
  • Structured onboarding and training process with clear goals and progression
  • 9 month contract with view to go permanent
