Responsibilities
Your Role:Lead the identification and implementation of digitization opportunities across client workflows and interactionsDesign and oversee the development of end-to-end digital solutions for client approvals, queries, and deliverablesCollaborate with business units to map current processes and design improved digital workflowsPartner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutionsEnsure consistency in platform development and user experience across all asset classesDrive adoption of digital solutions through effective change management and client engagementDevelop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and requirementsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions through metrics and client feedbackIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvementsWork closely with the SVP to align workflow initiatives with overall platform strategyYou will serve as a product expert and the voice of all our internal and external CItcoOne usersQualifications
About You:
7+ years of experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, or similar roles, preferably in financial servicesProven track record of successfully implementing digital workflow solutions at scaleStrong understanding of business process management and workflow optimizationExperience with client-facing applications and user experience designDeep knowledge of financial services operations and client service processesStrong project management skills with experience in agile methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstandingmunication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in gathering and documenting business requirementsBachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree preferredAbility to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members globallyOur Benefits
