We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Dublin. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving & Storing Goods: Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and store items correctly in designated locations.
  • Picking & Packing: Accurately select products based on order requirements, prepare shipments, and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
  • Dispatching: Load goods securely for outbound deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to health and safety regulations, keep work areas tidy, and report any hazards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Previous work in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is preferred.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure order accuracy and inventory precision.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Forklift License: A valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training may be provided).
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
