Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the M&E industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable deals and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
