Responsibilities
  • Work with high value payment and trade instructions (bonds, equities, repurchase agreements), verifying relevant details before releasing to the market.
  • Use in-depth industry knowledge to identify and streamline operational efficiencies to improve the client experience.
  • Assist with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal and external parties to provide issue resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for more junior team members and help resolve client issues with them.
  • Engage with products where experience is highly desirable, including asset-backed commercial paper, custody-securities held bilaterally and via tri-party agents, structured notes programs, and collateral monitoring.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Client service experience in Financial Services.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Several years of total work experience preferred.
