Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst Consultant is a vital component of the Professional Services team responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the ALTO platform.

This role involves collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and optimizing workflows to align with ALTO's capabilities. Key tasks include:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, workflows, and objectives.
  • Workflow and Process Optimization: Assess existing client workflows and recommend improvements using ALTO's functionality.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data migration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the client's business teams and the technical teams.
  • Testing and User Acceptance: Define business-focused test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Risk Post-Implementation Support: Provide support during the initial go-live phase, ensuring the smooth adoption of ALTO by end-users.

Additionally, this role requires effective collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of investment management processes, familiarity with data models, data structures, and integration workflows, proficiency in using JIRA or similar project tracking tools.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and design optimized workflows, strong data analysis skills to validate and reconcile data outputs, attention to detail to ensure accurate requirement gathering and documentation.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and discussions effectively, ability to manage client expectations and provide clear updates on progress.
