Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement, experienced in regulatory processes or policies.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and optimizing business processes and related policies/procedures to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Work across business units to gather and maintain a comprehensive set of program information to drive cybersecurity across the enterprise.
  • Conduct gap analysis and root cause investigations to address inefficiencies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation and best practices.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping exercises.
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes, procedures and controls.
