Practice / Administration Manager Here at Osborne we are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager on behalf of a prestigious medical practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a growing practice in a prime location in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a talented team of clinical and administrative staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a dedicated team, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice. Location:Dublin City Centre Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (30-40 hours per week) Salary:Up to €42k DOE Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Facilitate clear communication between clinical and administrative teams. Lead regular team meetings, addressing performance and operational needs. Ensure exceptional patient care and safety, handling any feedback or concerns. Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring optimal scheduling and professional development.
