Job Duties & Responsibilities Analyse the needs of students and facilitate the translation of subject matter experts' expertise into high-quality e-learning course content (QQI Levels 1 to 6) to support the Rehab Group's strategic priority of delivering a "First-Class" student experience. Design, develop and re-design courses for fully online or blended delivery for students of different levels of ability in order to enhance and advance inclusive learning opportunities. Engage in quality reviews, user experience and usability testing in order to provide students and staff with learning resources that increase their opportunity to learn and succeed. Create resources using multimedia packages for learning (e.g. Articulate Storyline) and produce and edit audio and video in order to provide students with engaging and effective learning resources, and to amplify the voice of the student.
