This is a Tester role that will require BA functions, focusing on ensuring the quality of our software products and aligning testing strategies with business objectives . About the role: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test suites for system, functional, API, and UI testing. Manage defect tracking and analysis using Team Foundation Server (TFS) during UAT and other test cycles. Conduct testing in cloud-based web application environments, ensuring performance and reliability. Document and maintain testing standards, enhancing quality assurance processes. Develop and manage manual, semi-automated, and automated test processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyse business needs to align testing strategies with business objectives. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams in an agile environment. About you: Proven experience in manual testing, particularly in system, functional, API, and UI testing. Expertise in defect management using Team Foundation Server (TFS). Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain testing standards. Proficiency in developing and managing various test processes. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into effective testing strategies. Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. ISTQB certification and familiarity with Microsoft Test Manager and automation tools are preferred. If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
