I rollen som Service Delivery Manager kommer du att tillhöra Backoffice Technologies som ansvarar för Nobina hela koncerns samtliga backofficesystem inom bla HR, Kommunikation, Inköp och Ekonomi. Du blir en central kontaktpunkt för servicerelaterade frågor och samtidigt som du bygger och upprätthåller viktiga relationer med affärsintressenter. Ditt primära fokus är att se till att IT-tjänsterna levereras effektivt, ändamålsenligt och i linje med verksamhetens behov.

Genom att regelbundet utvärdera tjänstens prestanda och analysera data, kommer du att identifiera områden för förbättring och implementera strategier för att öka kvalitet, effektivitet och kostnadseffektivitet. Dessutom kommer du att vara ansvarig för att identifiera och minimera potentiella risker för tjänsteleverans, samtidigt som du levererar regelbundna uppdateringar och rapporter till intressenter.

Med fokus på effektivitet och förbättring kommer du också att vara involverad i införandet av ny teknik eller nya system för att möta föränderliga affärsbehov. Gör dig redo att ta ledningen i att forma framtidens transportlösningar med Nobina

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Leda förvaltningsmöten med interna och externa intressenter
  • Hantera kostnader, fakturor och se till att påbörjade och pågående aktiviteter ligger inom överenskomna budgetramar
  • Samarbeta med andra IT-team för att implementera tekniska lösningar

Du har viljan att arbeta med förbättringar och har förmågan att se utvecklingsmöjligheter i etablerade metoder. Vidare är du en prestigelös och flexibel person som har lätt för att samarbeta och hjälpa till med att skapa en miljö där vi arbetar tillsammans. Att prioritera, planera och tidsätta ditt arbete är inga svårigheter för dig. Du har förmågan att genom hela ditt arbete tänka utifrån förvaltning och du är duktig på att hålla ordning på processerna samt att förklara fördelarna med struktur inom förvaltningen för verksamheten.

Vidare har du:

  • Utbildning i datavetenskap, informationsteknik, företagsekonomi eller motsvarande
  • Erfarenhet av IT-tjänstehantering och/eller projektledning
  • Vana att arbeta med ERP, CRM och olika ekonomisystem är meriterande
