Retailer & Customer Support Executive Core Functions As the Retailer & Customer Service Support Executive, your primary focus will be to support the Retailer Function with the following core tasks: Developing key account management processes. Managing membership services for Retailers. Collecting all necessary data from Retailers in accordance with the Retailer Membership Rules. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing significant communications (customer queries, messaging) with the Retail Manager before dispatch. Training and understanding of the new company Portal. Training and understanding of the IT systems in place currently and being developed for customer service support, and operations. Training and supporting the establishment of a strong Customer service structure when handling all Retailer and Consumers queries. As you progress in your role, your long-term responsibilities will include: Managing allocated key Retailer accounts. Collaborating with the registration team to oversee the Retailer Registration process. Communicating with new Retailer members and working with the team when identifying non-compliant Retailers. Collaborating with the Retailer Manager on Retailer sales volumes to keep track and informed on market size and working alongside the business analysts and financial teams. Providing support to Retailers with inquiries regarding the basic workings of the scheme. Supporting the handling and the provision of monthly RVM data by Retailers. Managing Retailer administration tasks. Developing and managing Retailer supports programme to insure strong working relationships with all our Retailers. Maintaining the QMS system from a Retailer management perspective with a hands-on customer service and key accounts support. Assisting the Retailer team with any other duties as needed. Requirements for the role; Customer Support experience & a background in an FMCG company (desirable). Strong communication skills showing clarity and understanding. Strong Admin and Data Entry skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well as a team and to collaborate with other departments. Have a positive and patient nature. Enjoy learning new skills and have a willingness to progress in your career.
