Blackrock Healths IT team supports critical applications and infrastructure in our modern hi-tech hospitals across Dublin. This role is to provide 3rd level support to Blackrock Health staff and coordinate with third party suppliers. You will be involved in both day-to-day IT support, and contributing to critical IT projects across Blackrock Health. The role at Blackrock Health will work with the existing 3rd Line Operations and Infrastructure development team to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, support, design, develop and deploy server, storage and other infrastructure across an extensive network. Generally, the role requires extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure and technologies including hardware, software, operating systems, databases and security. With essential skills in: Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 -2019, & OS 711 Professional MS Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Technical knowledge of VMWare environments including Server Virtualization Storage infrastructures VSAN, NAS, DAS The role is for an experienced 3rd Level support person with qualifications relevant to such a role.
