Learning & Development Administrator (NLN) Park West, Dublin or Kildare Resource Centre - Hybrid Role Permanent Contract, 39 hours Job Purpose To work with the Organisational Development Manager to support the administration of all staff Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, courses, and product offerings across NLN, in order to support the Rehab Group strategic enabler (People: Development of our employees to be the best they can be) and the NLN strategic priorities. Minimum Education & Skills required Level 7 (NFQ) qualification in Training & Education or 3- 5 years experience in an office administrative role would be desirable Understands Universal Design for Learning principles. Able to generate electronic training reports (CORE Insights or equivalent). Relevant Administration qualification or certification in Microsoft Office programmes, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Office 365. Job Duties & Responsibilities Organise classroom-based training sessions across the business, to include sourcing and booking venue, confirming event requirements, full cycle of participant correspondence and administration and coordinating Staff Trainer diaries (and external Subject Matter Expert availability) with the needs and availability of Rehab's managers and employees. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, via the organisation's training database and MS Teams channels to support compliance reporting and individuals L&D Pathways progression. Provide administration support to Learning and Development Business Partners for new and emerging L&D initiatives, to support organisational strategic objectives related to L&D. Additional requirements Excellent communication skills with advanced written and spoken English. Excellent relationship building skills. Excellent business acumen and ability to understand what success looks like in the cur-rent operating environment. Proactive, solution focused team player with the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, including changing and competing demands and priorities.
