Junior Tech Specialist plays a central role in our operations, achieving proficiency in our in-house CRM system to drive efficiency and foster innovation. This position is crucial for optimizing our technology to enhance client engagement, streamline processes, and support our team's success. Your contributions will be instrumental in transforming our CRM system into a strong tool increasing productivity and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the in-house CRM system, understanding its full range of features related to support tickets, phone call management, outbound sales, and reporting functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing training to team members on existing features, ensuring that they are effectively utilized to enhance overall productivity
  • Collaborate with account managers and agents to understand their specific needs and customize CRM setups accordingly, maximizing the utilization of available features.
  • Offer continuous support to account managers and agents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system usage.
  • Proactively engage with the main team to gather feature requests related to CRM functionalities.
  • Evaluate whether requested features can be achieved using existing functionalities; if not, clearly document and communicate the requests t.o the development team with detailed specifications.
  • Analyze call center workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement using CRM capabilities.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to existing setups, ensuring that the CRM system evolves to meet changing business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM configurations, setups, and customizations.
  • Communicate changes, updates, and best practices to the team in a clear and concise manner, fostering a collaborative and informed working environment.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 Year College Degree (preferred in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
  • Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • English knowledge on the profession/native level.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with initiative and creativity.
  • Strong team player and able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best results.
  • A strong understanding of the Internet advertising industry concepts and terms is a plus.
