Overall Purpose of the Job You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient environment, enabling the business to operate effectively and in line with legal and contractual requirements. Duties and Responsibilities : Regularly review and update site-specific compliance documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work (SSOW). Conduct regular audits and inspections of the site Prepare and present detailed reports Ensure that all documentation is in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters with the client Able to assist as a Cleaning Supervisor when required. Qualifications and experience: At least 3 years experience in a compliance-related role in Pharma, preferably in Facilities Management. At least 3 years experience in Industrial cleaning. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance standards. Relevant certifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Assurance (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO standards) are highly desirable. Proficiency in using compliance management systems and software. Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:30, Friday 8:30 to 15:30. Location: Cootehill, Co Cavan, Ireland
