Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Donegal, renowned for its high-quality products and commitment to operational excellence. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Controller with strong administrative experience to join their growing team.

Job Description

-

Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock reconciliations.

Monitor inventory levels and highlight shortages or excesses.

-

Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

-

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

-

Assist with purchase orders, reporting, and administrative tasks.

-

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.

-

Suggest process improvements to enhance inventory management.

The Successful Applicant

Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration.

-

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

-

Proficient in MS Office; experience with inventory management systems is advantageous.

-

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
