Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions (UK & Ireland)

Location: Hybrid, UK (Twyford, Berkshire) or Ireland (Dublin).

Required in office 2 days per week with travel to client sites in the UK and Ireland as needed.

Reporting to: Sales Director

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team, focusing on the UK and Ireland markets. This is a full lifecycle sales role, from lead generation to contract sign-off, and will involve managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts while expanding CWSI’s footprint in cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling services, including licensing, managed services, and professional consulting.
- Sales Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales process, maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, becoming a go-to advisor on cybersecurity solutions.
- Industry Collaboration: Represent CWSI at partner events, industry training sessions, and customer meetings to stay ahead of market trends.
- Innovation and Expertise: Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices, particularly solutions offered by Microsoft, SentinelOne, and Ivanti, to guide client decisions effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of sold solutions.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience: A proven track record in account management or direct sales within the cybersecurity industry.
- Skills: Exceptional ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on relationship building and account expansion.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with licensing, managed services, and solutions from Microsoft, SentinelOne, and Ivanti is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Drive: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach to challenges.
- Teamwork: A collaborative spirit, capable of working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
