As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects across various sectors, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The role will be very hands on and a lot of on site meetings dealing with contractors and stakeholders. Experience in this area is essential. To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client Manage and motivate site teams Manage and motivate sub-contractors Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters RequirementsRequirements: Minimum 5 years main contractor experience Experience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming. Experience of commercial, residential, and fit out sectors is required Ability to work on own initiative Self-motivated and hard worker Strong team building and leadership skills Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, CAD and other industry specific software an advantage Excellent written and oral presentation skills Travel when required
